Regularity

Students are expected to attend school regularly. In case of absence due to health reasons or emergencies, the school office should be informed by telephone or through a leave letter. The absence must also be recorded on the relevant pages of the school diary.

When leave is required for any other purpose, prior permission from the Principal must be obtained. The school will not entertain requests for re-tests if a student is absent for an examination.

All students must be present on the closing and reopening days of every term without exception.

Punctuality

The school timing is from 8:55 a.m. to 3:05 p.m.. Students are expected to be present in the school by 8:45 a.m. to be prepared for the morning assembly.

The school does not encourage students to arrive late or leave early. In unavoidable circumstances, a written note must be sent by the parents.

Special Note:
Parents are requested to strictly adhere to the rules mentioned above. No interference of parents will be entertained when disciplinary action is taken against students who violate these rules.
